Built on Integrity
KBR Reality Group was founded in 2018 in Metuchen, New Jersey, starting with a small residential portfolio managed directly by hand, not through a property management company. That early work, renovating and operating properties ourselves, is still how we invest today: we hold for cash flow and appreciation, not a quick exit. Growth has come from reinvesting operating profit back into the portfolio rather than raising outside capital, which has kept the firm selective about what it acquires. We have since expanded into commercial retail and pad-site development across Northwest Arkansas, Oklahoma, and New Jersey, but the underlying approach is unchanged: we operate what we own.
